Promotional messages are only sent with your explicit separate consent and only to numbers not registered on DND.

7. Voice Call Communication – Consent & Use

7.2 Call Hours

We make outbound calls only between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. We will not call outside these hours without your prior agreement.

Some calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be informed at the beginning of any recorded call. Recordings are stored securely and deleted after 90 days unless required for an active dispute.
